Advantages of Our Machine
First advantage
1) We used stainless steel electricity box to replace painting iron electricity box. Because the both side of the electricity box is forming part, and the temperature is very high. If use painting iron electricity box, after using half year or one year, the paint will be removed, and the machine will become very ugly. Our new model machine can solve this problem well.
Second advantage
2) We changed the small glass door to this big glass door with aluminum frame, so the technician can check the center cord inside the machine easily, and can connect the new roll center cord in advance. For the old model machine with small glass door, the technician cannot check the center cord easily, so the technician usually connect the new center cord after the old center cord totally be used up, it will waste about half hour to connect the new center cord. Our new model machine can solve this problem well.
Third advantage
3) We added one sensor on the monofilament bobbin for our new model coil forming machine. When the monofilament is used up (If there are only about dozens of meters monofilament), this sensor will alarm.
