1. Can Nylon, Metal and Plastic zipper share one set of slider mounting machine?QLQ: This machine can't be shared: Nylon zipper needs on set of machine, Metal zipper needs one set. Plastic Zipper needs one set.
2. Can sliders in different sizes be mounted by one set of slider mounting machine?QLQ: No, they can't. Different sizes of sliders need different machines. For example: 3# Nylon zipper needs one set of 3# slider mounting machine, 5# needs another.
3. Can 4.5 auto-lock slider and brass 4.5# YG slider share one set of slider mounting machine or not?
QLQ: Yes. Our slider mounting machine has this function if you need it. We will set up one transfer switch on the machine and you should buy a whole set of slider mounting moulds for changing.
4. Can fancy puller be mounted by one set of machine?QLQ: If the sliders'bodies are the same in size, we will try to make the vibrator and other parts suitable for the different fancy puller samples from customers. For example, you can send slider with hook, with middle puller, with thumb puller, with standard puller, hook + fancy puller and so on.
