This machine is used to polish metal zipper surface, and it can clean cutter mark, catcher mark and sharp edge on zipper teeth surface to make zipper surface achieve high quality of brightness, smoothness and cleanness. The polished thickness can be 0.05-0.10mm. This machine is generally used to clean the cutter mark which is on the normal teeth zipper, European teeth zipper and corn teeth zipper (normally 240#,400# and 600# wheels are used). This machine can also be used for brighten Y teeth Zipper (normally 800# and 1000# wheels are used). If the feeling is sharp after polishing by this machine, customers can choose QLQ-F12P or QLQ-F24P polishing machine for chamfering the sharp burr. QLQ-F12P can chamfer the burr more Clean, but the brighten result is not as good as QLQ-F24P. Customers can choose the machine according to their own requirements.
The electrical machine are made from a Taiwan brand, and the motor is from a Taiwan brand. the whole machine is made up of flat-pressing system, the flaps High negative vacuum system.
